Christian is a highly accomplished executive with over 30 years of experience in the global resources industry, encompassing both Australian and international markets. His extensive career includes a notable 18-year tenure at Schlumberger, where he held senior executive and operational roles across diverse regions, including Australia/NZ, the Middle East, the United Kingdom, Venezuela, and the USA.
As the former Managing Director and CEO of ASX-listed Neptune Marine Services, Christian played a pivotal role in transforming the company from a nascent technology startup into a major player with over 700 employees and operations spanning key offshore regions in Australia, the UK, Asia, and the USA. He further demonstrated his entrepreneurial spirit as the Founder and Managing Director of Condor Energy Services and Griffin Energy Solutions, where he led these firms in well intervention services and specialist well engineering and project management.
Christian holds an MBA (with Distinction) from the Curtin University Graduate School of Business.
Kath has 21 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership and strategic management across both operators and service companies. Her career includes a significant 16-year tenure at ExxonMobil, where she led critical operations on the Gorgon Project as the Jansz-Op Work Operator Manager. In her recent role at Griffin Energy Solutions, Kath has been instrumental in managing Well Intervention Programs, overseeing tendering processes, and handling contracts.
Kath's broad expertise spans offshore facilities, reservoir engineering, HSE, regulatory compliance, and operational management. Her ability to navigate complex joint venture relations and agreements showcases her strategic acumen and capacity for driving business value through operational excellence. Kath holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering and Commerce from The University of Melbourne.
